The first city that I visited in England was Birmingham! The accents were a bit hard at first, but I had fun being a Brummie for a few days! I stayed with my friend Liam from camp (CAMP!??) who was an awesome host! I went to my first English pub, drank tea in an Edwardian Tea Room, saw the largest library in the UK, ate a crumpet, and so much more! I also did some more practical things, such as learn how to use the train system (meaning I learned how to identify the workers who then can point me in the right direction) and how to cross the street, even though the cars are on the wrong side of the road! Birmingham was wonderful and a great start to my England Adventures!!!!!!
